Our PMMA Acrylic Sheet Extrusion Production Line is a comprehensive turnkey solution designed for high-end optical-grade and decorative sheet manufacturing. The system integrates a raw material drying unit, precision extruder, three-roller calendering unit, in-line UV coating module, and fully automatic winding/cutting system, capable of producing high-quality acrylic sheets in thicknesses ranging from 0.8mm to 10mm and widths up to 2100mm.

The Value of UV Coating

The integrated in-line UV coating system applies and instantly cures a protective layer onto the sheet surface through ultraviolet irradiation, delivering the following critical performance enhancements:

Résistance supérieure aux intempéries : The UV coating effectively absorbs and blocks ultraviolet radiation, preventing the sheet from yellowing, cracking, or degrading during prolonged outdoor exposure, extending product service life significantly.

Excellent Scratch & Abrasion Resistance: The hardened coating can achieve up to 5H pencil hardness, dramatically improving resistance to scratching and wear—ensuring the product maintains its flawless appearance throughout daily use and cleaning.

Résistance chimique améliorée : The UV hard coating provides good resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents, making it suitable for demanding environments with chemical exposure.

Optical Clarity Preserved: Despite its protective function, the UV coating does not compromise the acrylic's 92%+ light transmission rate, ensuring both performance and visual quality.
